There is also a huge new park under construction, again on the seafront opposite the hospital that should be finished summer 2018.

There is a large living room/dining room. It is a good size, open concept room with ample space for multiple seating arrangements. It boasts dual aspect windows looking out over the complex gardens. There is an obvious space for a kitchen, but this issue with this house is the fact there is no internal kitchen! That said, one could easily be added at very little cost.
A feature wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where we find three bedrooms and a bathroom.
Bathroom: A communal family bathroom, large and fully tiled with a shower, sink and W.C.
Bedroom 1: A good sized room with room for a double bed and furniture.

Our suggestion would be to relocate the kitchen to the entrance level, enclose the majority of this level leaving a smaller roof terrace, and make a large master suite with an en-suite bathroom (4th bedroom). The house has recently been painted internally. We estimate that if an investor spent an additional £2000 to £5000, it would be a very attractive home worth considerably more.
The garden of this villa is set on a lovely complex and has been maintained to a high standard with low communal maintenance fees. There are mature plants and tree’s surrounding the garden.
